METHOD OF PREPARATION : 1 part each of Madhuka, Haritaki, Vibheetaki, Amalaki, and Ayoraja should be taken in a Khalwayantra and mardana done meticulously until it turns to a fine an homogenous mixture. This should be mixed and made to a paste with 1/2 part madhu and 1 part ghrita while consuming.
