METHOD OF PREPARATION :
Take a fresh, mature coconut with a hard shell, remove the husk, and make a hole in the top. Fill the coconut with rock salt powder through the hole until the water in it reaches to the level of the hole. Now seal the hole with a piece of cloth or cotton. Apply a layer of clay to the coconut and dry it. Place the coconut between cow dung cakes and ignite it. After cooling, remove it from the ashes and carefully scrape off the clay. Grind the coconut endocarp along with the Lavana inside into a fine powder using a mortar and pestle, and store it in a bottle.
